Spanish Cuisine

Spend an evening creating a Spanish meal with others who love to cook. Join Chef Matthew Jensen, Executive Chef and Owner of La Ferme, for a fun filled evening of food and wine. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.

 Executive Chef /Owner Matthew Jensen is a highly skilled chef who focuses on supporting local farmers and producers. He obtained his culinary degree in California and has been mentored by, and worked beside, some of the best chefs in Minnesota.  He respects food in its purest form and creates his menus with local, seasonal ingredients, assembled from scratch to emphasize health and flavor. Matthew has expertise in wine paired multi-course menus, french cookery, and local foraging.
