Exploration: Chocolate Cuisine

If you love chocolate and have wondered how to use it for both savory and sweet cuisines, this course will take your breath away. Creating this 3-course meal with Chef Matthew Jensen, while enjoying wine that enhances each course, is the perfect post-Valentine’s Day treat. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.

 Executive Chef /Owner Matthew Jensen is a highly skilled chef who focuses on supporting local farmers and producers. He obtained his culinary degree in California and has been mentored by, and worked beside, some of the best chefs in Minnesota.  He respects food in its purest form and creates his menus with local, seasonal ingredients, assembled from scratch to emphasize health and flavor. Matthew has expertise in wine paired multi-course menus, french cookery, and local foraging.
