Central Italian Cuisine

Italy is rich in agricultural diversity which you can easily notice if you travel from one region to another. Chef Matthew Jensen will explore some traditional dishes from the Central Region of Italy including Umbria, Tuscany, and Campania. Learn techniques to prepare these dishes while enjoying wine pairings. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.

 Executive Chef /Owner Matthew Jensen is a highly skilled chef who focuses on supporting local farmers and producers. He obtained his culinary degree in California and has been mentored by, and worked beside, some of the best chefs in Minnesota.  He respects food in its purest form and creates his menus with local, seasonal ingredients, assembled from scratch to emphasize health and flavor. Matthew has expertise in wine paired multi-course menus, french cookery, and local foraging.
