Yoga equally strengthens and stretches, increasing flexibility and repairing muscles. It’s all about relaxing and allowing yourself and your body to have as much relaxation as you want. Sarah is a Alexandria native, cheering for the Cardinal Football & Basketball teams when she attended Jefferson. She was a cheerleader for the MSU Dragons & graduated with a degree in Finance. After 10 years in the industry, she began to follow her passion for health & fitness and currently works as a Group Exercise Instructor & Personal Trainer and is the AAHS Varsity Cheer Coach.
