Summer in the Park Quilt Class

Adult Fall 2022 - Summer 2023
Summer in the Park is a fun and easy quilt designed by Jenny Doan of Missouri Star Quilting. Start with a strip set collection and so the strips together then cut to create the blocks. No intricate piecing involved! The finished quilt is 56”x80” but you can make it larger by buying additional strip sets or by adding borders. By the end of this class you will have a completed quilt top ready for you to quilt, bind and finish.
Participants should have some sewing experience and a good working knowledge of their sewing machines.

Deb Kerr is a transplant from the east who moved to Alexandria in June 2015 and, with her partner Kyle, opened the Potomac Bead Company store. While living in central Pennsylvania she taught math, instructional technology, quilting and more. Deb loves to help people unleash their creativity - yes, EVERYONE is creative!
