Having a newborn/infant can be an adjustment. We're here to answer all of your questions. Join the team of Alomere Health, Horizon Public Health and Nurture Women's Therapy in collaboration with an Alexandria Public Schools Parent Educator for a 4-week course, specific to the needs, joys and challenges of parenting a newborn Weekly topics include newborn Q & A, infant development, postpartum mood and CPR and SIDS. This is a class for parent(s) and baby. Siblings are welcome. Sibling care is available with pre registration plus additional cost.
