Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is everywhere! In this beginner class, you will first spend some time on land learning SUP safety and techniques. Then paddle into the bay and receive guidance on improving strokes and overall technique. Sign up with a friend or two and take advantage of summer lake time! Wear comfortable clothes. You may get wet. Paddleboards, PFDs and paddles will be provided.
Mike Jost is owner and operator of Hangloose MN. We love all things water, and when we aren't teaching people to paddle board or wake surf, we are busy running The Lake Carlos Marina. In the off season, you can find us in search of an endless summer. My daughters, Jordan and Francesca, help me run Hangloose MN.
