Cardinal Volleyball Camp (Gr. 1-12)

Youth Summer 2024 - Spring 2025

This camp is designed to teach the fundamental skills of the game of volleyball. The majority of the session will be drills to develop individual skills but will also incorporate team play. Advanced offensive and defensive skills and systems will also be presented.
