Red Cross Certification (CPR and First Aid)

Adult Fall 2025 - Summer 2026

The purpose of the American Red Cross CPR, AED and First Aid Training program is to help you learn how to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. The courses in this program teach skills that you need to know to provide immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. The recommended minimum age is 10 or older for training. To receive certification, student must have strength to perform full compressions. Includes Student Manual and Certification Card.

Sharolyn Sievert

Sharolyn is a member of "Mid-Minnesota K9", and has served many years in her community as a First Responder. She is an Adjunct Instructor with Vermilion Community College; an instructor for Search Management and Search and Rescue Skills; an instructor for First Aid and CPR for American Heart Association and the American Red Cross; and an instructor for Pet First Aid and CPR.
