Better Boundaries: From Tough Love to Loving Well

Adult / Enrichment -
Adult Fall 2024 - Summer 2025

If you are in a relationship where problematic substance use has impacted your well-being, you may need boundaries. Unhealthy boundaries, or lack thereof, lead to compromised values and emotional distress. Strong boundaries protect us, prioritize well-being, and enable better, more loving support for those we are concerned for. This in-person workshop will help you understand what boundaries are and aren't, how to establish boundaries, and how to use them to improve communications within your relationships and your family, especially where substance use and mental health challenges exist.
