Escape to the Mediterranean with Chef Tess and learn to create a stunning mezze-style charcuterie board, perfect for any gathering! "Mezze" means finger foods and dips, and in this class, you'll craft a vibrant spread of homemade delights. You'll cook along to create silky whipped feta and tzatziki dips, warm-spiced Greek meatballs, and homemade pita bread. Chef Tess will also demonstrate how to make Muhammara (red pepper dip), Greek hummus, and crispy Greek sesame breadsticks. Learn her secrets for assembling a visually appealing board, balancing colors, textures, and flavors. This class is about bold flavors, beautiful presentation, and the joy of Mediterranean-style feasting!

Participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance of the class to allow time for shopping. Have your questions answered by the instructor and interact with other participants as you cook-along. While cooking along is loads of fun, it is optional. Participants will also receive a copy of the instructor’s personal recipes in PDF format following the class. This class will take place on Zoom.
