Pilates: Align Your Body, Calm Your Soul

Adult Fall 2025 - Summer 2026

Learn natural movements of your body using slow and controlled movements. This class will focus on your core strength to strengthen your back, as well as flexibility, posture and balance. Please bring a towel and a mat if you have one.
