By taking the driver safety course, drivers learn research-based safety strategies that can reduce the likelihood of having a crash. They include: Minnesota state-specific driving regulations; proper use of seat belt, air bags, antilock brakes and new technology found in vehicles today; the importance of eliminating distractions, such as eating, smoking, and using a cellphone; learn ways to manage and accommodate common age-related changes in vision, hearing, and reaction time; and understand the effects of medications on driving.     Discovery Middle School's 8 lane, 25-yard pool is a great space for a morning workout. Adult Lap Swim is a non lifeguarded swim with key fob entrance for registered adults, 18 years old+ . Registered swimmers are issued a key fob for entrance approximately 7-10 days after registration. Monday-Friday, 5:00-7:00am Closed: New Year’s Eve Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Players on the assigned court will play 2 games to 11 points with each player on their court. Individual points will be kept and the player with the most points at the end of 5 weeks will be declared the Champion!

You will have personal attention as you work while using your favorite medium.     Join us for a hands-on class for designing effective planters and hanging baskets. Go beyond the centered spike and geranium planter to incorporate new plants that integrate height, length, texture, growth habits, and light requirements. Discover new flowers, vegetables and herbs to use for attractive plantings that will thrive from spring through fall! All participants will plant and bring home a 10" hanging basket or planter which is included in the registration fee. Larger options can be requested on site for an additional fee.     This is a basic obedience course that will be held outdoors for dogs 12 weeks of age and older. The commands covered will be Heel, Sit, Stay, Come and No. But more importantly, it will teach you about dog behavior and training basics so you can continue with your training long after this class is over. The first class is for you only, no need to bring your dog. Your dog will join you for the last four classes. Class size is limited, so register today!
