On March 11th, we’ll explore the nuances of aging, serving, and pairing wines to enhance your dining experiences.

Instructors

Michelle Bredeson

Michelle is one of the owners of Carlos Creek Winery and has been with the organization since 2009. She is a first level Sommelier through the International Wine & Spirits Guild and a wine enthusiast.

Russ M Funk

Russ is the Head Winemaker at Carlos Creek Winery and has been since 2006. He is one of the most awarded winemakers in Minnesota and has been involved in multiple wine judging competitions, winemaker's round tables and Minnesota wine and grape research projects.
